Group agrees for a hunter sit a base, ends up running past and goes somewhere else. Lose the base to rogue.
Like why do people play rated if they aren’t take. It seriously. Go play random if you wanna be an a game thrower.

Because at certain ratings, people just think “Me fight. Me win”.
Sad part is that even in higher MMRs you are still pinging the EFC because you have 2 or 3 people just trying to midfight that refuse to do something as simple as turn around.
It is what it is though. Players have free will, game would be too easy if everyone just listened to basic instructions lol.
Some of them probably turned off chat due to the toxicity they got, so can’t really blame them.
I guess my question would be did the hunter say they would sit? Because if they did and they left it then yeah that’s their bad. Might be different if they were keeping track of where the enemy stealth was but to leave a base unattended while you don’t know where the enemy rogue is is just asking for it to be taken.

100% you can. Team oriented games need communication and refusing to participate means you shouldnt be able to play

With pings and good map awareness you really don’t need chat. I personally wouldn’t turn it off for battlegrounds because being able to see and call incoming and strategize really does help but it’s not strictly needed.
Also there’s not much difference between turning off chat and ignoring chat anyway.
For an example of why someone might turn off chat or mute certain players, see the OP’s response to me. If that’s how they behave on the forums I imagine their behavior in-game isn’t going to get people to want to listen to them. It looks like they are the problem.
its not a failed mode but it certainly isnt a reflection of peoples individual skill. ive seen glads hard stuck at 1600 and ive seen players who would never be over 1500 in other modes at 2k. its not accurate. its basically rng. its 100% rng. get lucky and get cr…get unlucky…stuck in the 1500-1600 wash.
