Tired of 3 melees lobby

Love playing into triple wizards that refuse to push up for setups. Sitting back and pve’n as surv is the best experience…

No I mean I guess I’m wondering genuinely what the main concern is. The lack of peels a melee partner provides? And if so do you typically only play caster cleaves or? Maybe the caster you play will shed light, I don’t know.

I just actually enjoy fighting melee, “no cap.” So I’m wondering why so many others don’t is all.

Ok, if your question was legit…

Its because in any scenario, 3 melees or 3 caster, the other player will be bullied the entire game, and create the feel of unbalanced game. You will end frustrate and coming to forums to complain about the spec that do more dmg on the match calling for nerfs.

A big help its making lobbies more balanced.

What would hunters be considered in this scenario?

Hunter are a ranged class except surv.

So part of the caster group (except for surv)?

I always feel so beat up after a triple melee lobby. Not saying it’s unbeatable but yeah I feel like I tried to walked thru Compton with ps5 in my arms.

Speaking real, I don’t think this would make the game more balanced honestly. If you literally removed the ability for any melee to play a melee cleave, you’d see WAY less of them. I mean I think it’d be a massive, massively noticeable shift lol.

I get what you’re saying for sure. If I queue with my war buddy and we fight MLX on TV then… yeah I expect he’s gonna have an iffy time. That’s just the game though ya know? I can push in with him and help.

Well, I know. But that doesn’t change the point. If there’s 3 casters and one melee, my scenario would simply be played out 6 times lol.

I understand why some teams would play defensive in certain matchups. However it’s ridic how many times you’ll see a wizard setup with a huge advantage just damp anyways.

Especially when they’ll whisper you anyways after complaining about you not wanting to stand in the middle between healer CCs against a wizard triangle of death with a whole list of defensives to cycle through the whole game.

If every game was 2 melee/2 ranged/2 heals you’d still get melee and caster cleaves.

Game 1: Melee1/Caster1 vs Melee2/Caster2
Game 2: Melee1/Caster2 vs Melee2/Caster1
Game 3: Melee1/Melee2 vs Caster1/Caster2

4, 5, and 6 are the same with healers reversed. Game would actually be so much better like this and it’s something I asked for at the onset of shuffle.

Ah, I was thinking in terms of normal threes regarding that.

In shuffle yeah you’re right but I also fear for even longer queue times :confused:

Yeah that’s the only drawback. I’m not entirely sure how it would affect them, but my guess is it wouldn’t help lol.

Would it really be worse though tbh, the healers that are q’n now will q through anything.

Yeah, I’m just thinking Warlocks and Warriors will never get a game maybe? Although a lot of people would count that as a plus :joy: Idk I’d need to think it through how the game might try to handle this kind of constraint. Brain not work good now.

Honestly getting queues and actual playtime is this game’s biggest drawback for me. I really like shuffle otherwise lol.

Yeah. That’s half the fun though! :stuck_out_tongue: I actually don’t mind melee lobbies in shuffle but I imagine some would for sure.
