It bugs me that I’m forced to take Healing Rain… I never use it. Could Blizzard please please please swap the positions of Healing Rain and Deluge, and put Acid Rain under where Deluge currently is located? This would make my Healing Rain free build a reality again. <3
Why are you using deluge?
Easy. Bigger heals on Riptide targets. For people who PvP, especially arena, healing rain is a wasted talent. Deluge is a very important one however.

Yeah, this change makes sense because everyone would benefit from Deluge – any form of content. So makes way more sense for Deluge to be the mandatory talent instead of Healing Rain.
I don’t even put Healing Rain on my bars for PvP, altho I want to see if a Totemic Shaman could make it work with Chain Heal talents or something.
Yeah I don’t either normally. Though on certain maps in blitz I’ll take it with acid rain to spin flags, depending on the team comp.
