This caught me off guard also. I was expecting something commensurate with the 368 ilvl of my hunter. If there aren't any "open world" rewards that meet or exceed raid drops, people aren't going to do them. I certainly won't blow 2.5hrs on this quest again. Uldir and PvP appear to be the only paths for gearing up. Crafting, World Quests, World Bosses, and Warfronts - all garbage.
