Then it becomes a moral question whether the a pink rocket +1 mount to you is more valuable than the 100s of hours people sunk into it because of its rarity

You know full well what I’m talking about. There is no worse feeling than having a rare mount, leaving the instance, and then seeing everyone else flying around with it…. Not so rare anymore is it.
I haven’t got it and it’s still a no from me.

If you spend most of your time on reddit, or X, or bluesky, or any other major social network - then ofc you’re gonna think that the world is falling apart. That’s what they want you to think. Negativity drives engagement. That’s how they get paid.

This is true to an extent.
I work a decent paying, somewhat cushy job but the cost of good has gone up the last 4 years and we’re weaker against the murican dollar.
Lifestyle change = 0
Minor concern for the future if we do drop further, if the AUD becomes 1/2 of the USD it’ll effectively mean 40% more for all electronic goods and anything else we end up buying from there.
On one hand I love pink and the pink rocket it’s one of my favorite mounts but on the other I don’t know if I’d wanna just hand it out like candy after just getting it after the increase a couple years back hmmm.

That’s why I only have minor concerns. I know I won’t be struggling anytime soon.
