why havent these things been nerfed yet? coming back after a long break and trying to do these “old” zones, no one joins my groups i put up for even the bloody world quest rares. i get no one joining for a random rare, but not even world quests? how is this good design? this content is completely dead, which wouldnt be an issue if i could solo it. but requiring groups for dead content means the content is literally impossible to complete. what is the design thought behind this? what is the intention? is it intended for this content to die and stay dead? does blizzard want this? that seems to be the case if these things still havent been nerfed. not a mention of nerfs on the 10.2 ptr, no statement from blizz. so it seems this is what they want. they want this content to die and stay dead and remain impossible to complete. why is this company so incompetent?
