I would like to merge them just to have more options. Maghar with classic orc hair colors for example. Or Using black rock skin tones on some orc warlocks. And with the normal orc voice lines.
Having an option to have different voice packs accents would be nice too. Humans/kul tirnas would be nice to merge and choose the accents from the human kingdoms. Could even add gilnean accents one of my favorite.
Weâre saying the same thing. I donât care about players being stuck to one side or the other. Jainaâs helped Thrall and the Orcs and such. Thereâs plenty of times throughout history of the game thatâs also happened. Jim the Orc can fight for the Alliance or whoever. Thatâs fine and dandy.
Iâm saying why destroy Horde Vs Alliance AND do that? Progressivism can only apply to a game so much before it sounds silly⌠especially in a game called World of WARcraft.
Because there is only the faction war? Not a single other war going on? Azeroth must be such a peaceful placeâŚ
But yeah, I think more or less we can agree on some parts here. I donât want the Alliance and Horde to merge.
They can still be their own thing. Neutral races wonât destroy that. Players would just get a lot more freedom and could finally choose the faction they actually prefer.
I made a human paladin, I didnât like him until they added more options for him. I also like my gilnean druid. If I could make my human go gilnean and keep the OP rep buff racial I would, I just love that accent.
I canât wait till they add more human options because I like farming rep on shamans and human racial would just be nice to do it with. Having the option to use the kul tiran bodytype and accents/gilneans would be awesome.
I also have to wonder if the Lordaeron accent is there or representative of stormwind. Since many of the Lordaeron humans turned into undead and now speak gutter speak for some reason. I think undead should probably know common as well lol. Them having options/undead versions of gilneans and kultirans would also be awesome. And help explain new combos for them. Undead druids could just be undead kul tirans from the fourth war. We See Thomas Zeiling be like the first undead shaman we see in the horde so that would be nice for example. To all the humans we can play as. The horde has undead xD, it would be nice to have fresh human options as the forsaken, since we see many of the popular undead figures use the undead model.
Totally for that. I wish they treated player characters like the 3rd party factions such as the Argent Dawn. They got Humans, Undead, Orcs, etc etcâŚ
But KEEP the war/strife between the Alliance and Horde. Itâs one of the biggest driving factors of the game and is, frankly, the best ongoing story in the whole games history.
I was thinking about this actually, I think it would be better if they gave alliance broken (outlands) as a model toggle for dreanei, this way they can avoid the awkward how they can be paladins now when they lost that ability due to fel curruption and pretty much ruining the dreanei shaman story too. Since customization is not the same in blizzâs eyes as races.
Blood Elves were Paladins with Fel Corruption. Was their largest arc. Mind you they were subjugating a Naaru to do it butâŚ
Allied race isnât a bad concept. I think locking it behind a myriad of crappy quests is the main problem. I wouldnât mind a 10âish quest introductory to who they are and why they are joining the Alliance early on. I think thatâs the real problem with Allied Races.
Blood elves didnât have fel curruption, at least not in the same sense as the broken. Their eye color changed due to fel radiation from the crystals, but they did not change biologically.
That story had allot of material to cover, but that isnât for here.
Generally Iâd agree. But only if race/class options does not comprise of all classes/races. It defeats the point if every race being every class.
Yeah it can be, I agree. Some of the ARâs is behind large walls of quests which is silly.
/currently posting on a unlocked AR, which he unlocked when repâs was still required.
