I mean, it doesn’t really matter either way. There’s even some strange stuff with the Pandaren intro. When you’re talking to the Horde/Alliance characters who come out of the crashed ship on the island, they have no idea what your race even is. But 10 minutes later when you’re running through Stormwind, everyone’s calling you “Pandaren” as if the race is common knowledge. The game’s janky like that sometimes.
