Does it work in RBG’s? Doesn’t proc the haste buff it seems.
This is an oversight by the pvp developers. Basically, since time warp is not usable in arena because of the 10 minute CD - its blocking time anomaly from proccing time warp haste buff (even though its a different ability). Would be cool if they finally fixed it after all these years.
