It may as well be. I can’t unsee Talon from League personally now that I’ve seen it, with all the draped daggers on the set. the hood/mask combo just seems like I’ve seen it on other tier sets just not in this exact combination. The shoulders look like a different variant of the current manaforge omega set. the belt looks like a slightly different peddlers stash belt. and the boots… chonky boots again…
