Tides of War cutscene won't trigger

Recently faction swapped, and the tides of war quest is bugged. The cutscene does not play, leading to being unable to continue the quest.
Abandoning the quest does not work.
Relogging does not work.
No addons does not work.

I cannot do any BFA content because everything is locked behind the quest.
Anyone got suggestions?
Can the GMs not auto complete the quest so that I am not stuck for an additional day being unable to use any BFA ports/complete quests to go to zandalar?

Id like to do content without having to be ported around everywhere.

That did it. Why doesn’t the BFA intro quest get phase precedence over 8.3?

A lot of phasing is probably affected by newer stuff first. Similar to how some BFA quests are a temporary road block to doing Legion quests.
