has anyone confirmed a kill on him? I had a toon there just to spot him and have not seen him after resets or anything did they remove the charm?

The respawn timer is 12+ hours IIRC. Rares do not spawn instantly after resets.

actually 36-72 hour respawn, but i have had this toon there since day 1, never saw the npc and i check throughout the day all day, and never see anyone there camping or anything either. Horde must be HARD camping it with stealthies and water breathing lol
my guild mate got him just a couple days ago.

It is a long respawn timer and I’m sure sweatys are camping it. Good luck ever getting it.
My hunter and Spriest both had it on Faerlina during classic so you could say I know what I am doing, I didn’t expect it to be camped on a pve server tbh and started thinking they removed it because they nerfed it to the ground in tbc anyways so its been in their mind to change it, i believe they should lower the respawn timer but i will get it on live, not worth it on a beta they decided to release templates on before reaching 60 and testing pvp, atm this is PvE testing
Who said they are doing templates on the PVP server? There is a whole lot of assuming going on.
so that people can test the new PvP functions and also get raiding gear? why would they run 2 separate test realms with 2 different functions? I mean i understand some people’s source of income hit the drain with the mage nerf but it seems all the salt in classic is coming from mages right now. And if you know blizzard, there will be 5 weeks of testing and plan to see this Live Nov 23rd.
In TBC they created a server dedicated to raiding and testing raids.
this isn’t tbc, this is seasons of mastery where Hardcore players are being recognized and a chance to achieve World first no death Ragnaros kill, And for Parsers to parse in a new environment, as well as for people who didn’t get to or just enjoy classic wow, a way to do it in shorter time span. Idk, people getting this twisted.
It’s the same team of people who will probably do things the same way though…
So it will probably be on a new dedicated server that is just for raid testing.
Also, if you are confused, there are no PVP changes that need testing.
Secondly, I’m talking about testing raids for the beta. The beta for TBC had dedicated raid testing servers and dedicated leveling servers.
I’m sure this will be the same case here.
Just so that people are aware, I got Nazjak after 32 hours and 30min from last kill so it’s not 36 hour minimum.
