So I finally changed my name irl,put ticket in to change my account details on it says 7 day wait! huh…my Government changed my pension,medicare,superfund etc in 1 hour,crazy waiting time to do a simple thing so i can buy a token with new name bank account.
Tickets generally take a day or two. The seven day estimate is the longest time a ticket has been in the queue.

Quite frankly, this is how it should be. This is a video game, and those other systems are much more important.
That’s said, the time on tickets is an average based on how long the last few tickets took, and the length of the queue. It will be much shorter than 7 days.
