Ticket Submission Question

Hi, I have just submitted a ticket to Blizzard CS. Right now when I click on the ticket I see the status stating ‘Opened’, the ticket number, as well as the mail I drafted, while at the bottom of the page I see ‘Enter your response here’, ‘Choose file’, and a greyed-out ‘Submit’ button.
Does this mean my ticket is already pending support’s review or do I have to enter or attach something at the bottom of the page and click Submit?

You should be good Psycow. As long as your ticket is showing there, then it is in queue. Depending on the issue, sometimes a GM will need to ask for attachments, but in most cases it’s not necessary :wink:

That would be for adding to your ticket if you remember something after you filed it.
