In this thread, please post if you played WoW on the Alliance side of Thunderlord (US) in 2004-2006.

For best results, post what you remember about yourself and your friends you used to play with:

  • Your character’s name, race and class.
  • The name of your original guild on this realm.
  • The character names of other players you’re hoping to reconnect with.

Please stick with in-game info, and do not post IRL identifying information about yourself or others.

LAST AND FINAL EDIT: It’s been rough finding a server that isn’t going to get slammed with queues. After much internal debate we decided that it might be best to go with Incendius that is released tomorrow (26th). Sorry for the hoping all over. Hopefully some of us can still play together.

EDIT#3: It looks like Herod is gonna have excessive queues so we rolled a few name reserves on the new Server Stalagg.

EDIT: IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PLAYING WITH OTHER THUNDERLORD PEOPLE, MANY OF US (TMM/SHATTERED/VV/SOL) HAVE CHOSEN FAERLINA AS PRIMARY SERVER AND HEROD AS BACKUP.

I guess I’ll start. Started leveling characters on Thunderlord, probably, mid 2005 as a dwarf paladin named Illhammaya. Swapped to night elf rogue, illshankya and played in the guild, Omnes Evincemus where Bammbamm was the Gm or his warlock, Scree. I’ve kept in contact with a few OE people over the years but wanted to post to reconnect with anyone from the guild or to help people connect with some of the OE I still have contact with.

I played a NE Hunter named Brodburry in Unwanted. Never amounted to much past MC in vanilla, but had a lot of fun and ready to go at it again. I also played a Gnome Warrior named TinyTank and a Dwarf Priest named Sidel. See y’all in 2 weeks!

Played as Andre and Surak with SFC Alliance. Had a great time. Had an online friend from Canada who had a mage. Nice guy but he moved to another server. :cry:

Played a gnome mage named Zoia. Was in quite a few guilds during my time on Thunderlord but mainly remember SFC Alliance. I eventually transfered off in TBC. Will be rolling alliance again for classic Warrior this time around. Server is Fairbanks

Played as a NE Rogue named Shivetta, Dwarf Paladin named Moldaran. Started out playing on the guild Khaotic Order. Then eventually did most of my raiding on Resisted with my brother Baraxus a NE Hunter and his Human Paladin Connstantine. During Wrath, I was on my DK Yorien. Great times. If you fellas are getting down this go around, lemme know!!

I played a NE Hunter named Triax. I was in Twilight Eternal, Unwanted, and HAKD. I also played a Human Warrior named Sundance and a Gnome Warrior named Triaxx. Closely related to Cerebas, notorious Human Rogue. Ran with Orca, Human Paladin, Ryuthon, Human Warrior, Gideon, NE Druid, Sting, NE hunter. I also played on Hakkar with my HE Hunter named Lite.

Played Night Elf Warrior named Skyoz.
Raided with Guilds Khaotic Order & Xeno.
Full Cleared MC, BWL, ZG, & AQ20 with Xeno.
Cleared some of AQ40 before getting a girlfriend in High School XD.
Was an annoying 15 year old at the time.

I remember very clearly being one of the Warriors kiting the adds using piercing howl on the first boss of BWL. We were stuck on him for almost a month I think?
I blew quite a bit of my dkp to win Bonereaver’s Edge off Ragnaros.
But eventually cleared BWL, most of us had the Ashkhandi.

I had high respect for guild leader Derrick and remember some names such as Hyra, Mauser or Hauser, Kimpossible, Quicksilver, Everclear, Frostiee, Kludge, (The guy that liked Grindcore), Kalen, and probably others.
I remember clearly I think it was “Mauser? I think?” enjoyed blasting songs such as the Cake Song and Barbie World.

I remember the time Xeno swallowed Khaotic Order members. I was one that jumped ship over to Xeno, was an awkward time.
Our first time pulling Ragnaros, so amazing. We died immediately and everyones bodies were all over the room, some even stuck in the air, we laughed, and had a great time.

Does anyone remember the Tauren Warrior that had control of all BG’s?

If I try putting together the names of the exact group in Xeno I raided with, these are the ones that come up off the top of my head. Some I could be mixing up in my head as it all just felt like a Dream a long time ago.
