It’s an issue with dialogue in general breaking Specifically "Dialogue" Audio disabling on it's own - #12 by Zitabear-malfurion
Uncheck the “Dialogue” box in your sound settings, apply, then recheck it, apply, then restart the client. It will work again for a little bit (usually). I mean, still a bug that should be fixed, but a way to get it temporarily working in the meantime.
