The missive calls for any adventurers looking for work to report to Morgan’s Vigil in the Burning Steppes for a job, promising moderate risk but more than fair pay. It goes on to outline the details: collecting the essence of fire elementals for the Mage Quarter to use as reagents in some magical experiment. Preparations for the event of heatstroke, fourth-degree burns, and spontaneous combustion have been strongly advised.
