And those quests were wrong. The lore has been changed, and they no longer accurately reflect the canon.

Man’ari are those who take the fel willingly and happily and make use of it. Broken ones are those who get it like a disease. They don’t use it, they don’t empower themselves with it, it just eats them away with its radiation.

Fel energy has a tendency to pervert anything it touches. You seem to be implying that the void itself is what mutated the draenei, but that’s just not the case. The broken draenei’s statements in BC that they were mutated by warlock fel energies is still valid.
Y’all are arguing whether or not retcons are canon, and this new lore may not even technically be a retcon.
Not necessarily. Not everyone is into the lore nor has time to get into it so when threads are made pertaining to the lore, it’s not stupid because there’s always someone who doesn’t know.
