What is going on? It’s been like this for several days now. 2-4 second delay when using any abilities or trying to loot anything. I mentioned something in chat while doing WQ’s and dozens of people in the zone said they have been having the exact same issue for several days regardless what zone they are in.

Honestly have not seen it on my server
I hadn’t seen any problems before tonight, but tonight in Drustvar, it was beyond ridiculous. It took 1-2seconds for the game to recognize I had cast a spell and sometimes more than that for the effect to occur.
I thought it was me until someone in chat said they had the same thing happening and then, just as the OP reported, about 10 people confirmed the same with them.
