Something stupid I did:

While questing in Redridge Mountains prior to Cata release, I was on that rise right behind Lakeshire where there are the patrolling gnolls. I had gotten so involved in my voice chat discussion with someone else that I hadn’t noticed one of the gnolls was patrolling my way and I tried to leap out of his way to avoid aggroing him.

Unfortunately, my dumb self chose to leap off the cliff.
