Sorry we can’t have RDF because it somehow ruins old peoples fun or something, not like they can still type in LFG for 3 hours looking for a group pretending like thats a social interaction and just let normal functioning people have RDF.

I ran like seven heroics last night. I wouldn’t mind RDF, in fact I’d love it, but the current situation isn’t that much worse. In fact You’d probably constantly get vote kicked on blue wearing alts with RDF, where LFG groups don’t.

I actually second this.
This has nothing to do with blizz and everything to do with the players.
If ‘classic’ isn’t being played as ‘classic’ is meant to…then i swear that’s because players aren’t taking the initiative to start groups or wanting to go through the effort
RDF would make it easier sure but that’s not the point unless you’re from retail and expect everything to be handed to you on a silver platter

Lol, the inherent problem is in the group comp being restricted to the holy trinity of metas…tank, healer, dps. If you truly wanted to balance out the player pool and eliminate role based bottlenecks associated with group oriented content then you have to make the pool of players homogenized and remove specific roles.
Imagine thinking you get to speak for everyone with your own personal experience.
Well that or just design fights better so they don’t rely on the holy trinity to work.
But that’s a lot harder.

I’m sure RDF will come out in icc like it’s supposed to. Untill then enjoy not waiting 32 minutes to que for a 10 minute dungeon

Problem is that it duplicates the group finder function. Rdf in its original form is probably not coming, best you can hope for is improved features in the existing tool like say a teleport to leader function, improved invite dialogue boxes that describe roles better rather than a generic group invite.
Are you saying the removal of RDF worked and people have become so social they’ve formed cliques? What an absolute success story!
