Maybe the sounds of the game relax him, and he’s doing something else on his computer while logged in.
There was a Druid on Hyjal that was on all the time during BfA. Sat in the portal room in Stormwind spamming the paint bots at the spawn point, so everyone that portals there ends up, I think it was mostly orange.

With 500,000 honor kills, it seems that he has done a ton of instanced PVP in the past. But doesn’t seem to have played this toon in DF much.

There was a human in vanilla shattered hand (or maybe lightning’s blade as those are two i played on) that stood in IF denigrating and harrassing gnomes constantly. Sometimes telling gnome jokes. Someone suggested he play horde if he hates gnomes so much. He said he would. I was surprised because he had raid gear and you could not have horde and alliance on same server and no race changes back then.
Suddenly he was gone from IF. I was in a battleground later and saw the same name on a horde toon. He had deleted his alliance toons and switched to horde.

I like gnomes; They are cute and make super cool robots and doodads and thingy-majigs!
haha, there was a guy like this on shadowsong back in the day. he’d just dance on the AH steps in VoS in org day and night, looking fly and chatting and whatnot. i saw him out in the world occasionally, so i know that wasn’t all he did, but it was close.
but really, who cares? i don’t pay their sub, it’s nothing to me what they do with it

What level is he? Could be a 2nd acct that he uses to party sync with for open world farming. I see a different toon in SW 24/7 probly doing the same thing.

The silver lining is this person was probably actively doing something while idling in the background
bard music player always did the trick as long as you chill in your player house, guild house, or apartment
If he ever leaves or quits blizzard should an NPC tribute. There’s impressive.
FFXIV has a similar thing a guy in faerie called Bobo obobo on the gold saucer. Sometimes he’s not there but he’s usually there.

The only way you’d know is if you also stayed online for 9 years just to watch him to make sure he didn’t log off and/or go do something else.
Plus it is his dime and his time. Who the frick cares how he spends either? Sometimes when I’m bored I’ll ride or fly circles around something. Back in BC, I would play chicken on my druid and fall down the beam of light in the middle of Shatt and see how close to the ground I could get before shifting into bird. Those random Tauren bones under Adal? Mine.

Virozir? Occasionally you see him in an AV from what I remember, and especially in Korrak’s Revenge (he seems to like that BG a lot)
From what I remember, he mostly afks in said matches in stealth/Cat prowl, so I’m not sure if he’s just there to farm honor or if he’s there to participate. He does show up in a few teamfights here and there, but for the most part I usually see him in stealth/Cat prowl off to the side somewhere (presumably afking)
Other than that I have no idea what he does out in PvE-land, does he really just stand around in the same spot in Stormwind all the time? Lol

I don’t know, I am just guessing.
Its probably just some dudes bank alt account. Probably running tsm scans all day or advertising carries.
