This is probably it for me if this issue isn’t fixe after the upcoming reset. Its crippling at the start of the season to not be able to craft and the overall lack of urgency from Blizzard on this has me thinking I want to give my time and business to someone else.
So lets see how tomorrow goes, your move. If you guys hadn’t laid off all your QA maybe this wouldnt happen…

Were you also this mad about the free extra spark we got right away at the start if the season due to our friendly neighborhood exploiters?
thats not the bug, the bug is you cant get ANY sparks. Whole process breaks. 2 weeks now no sparks
You already did the quest and did not get the spark this week?
Yep, talked to a GM about it. The bug is if you loot a spark from the mail, so leave a raid or a key prior to looting chest, get DC’d, etc - you can no longer generate them, at all
How is there not a test cast in their BVT that says something along the lines of verify a player can loot a spark in all possible ways, or something similar for the mail system? I do understand bugs happen, but you have to TRY, cmon Blizz. My hunter is in drydock right now because i cant make his second embellishment. Hire back your QA, clearly the experiment was a failure
Same problem. I didn’t receive my spark last week because I logged in before the reset, and—guess what?—the weekly spark quest bugged. I submitted several tickets but never got my spark.
This week, I received my spark from the cache and was hoping the “catch-up” one would appear, especially since the GMs said everything would be back to normal. However, despite completing all the meta quests, LFR, Heroic, 3/8 Mythic, and six M+ runs, I still got nothing.
I think the “catch-up” mechanic is bugged. I submitted new tickets, only to receive the same generic, copy-pasted response every time.
Honestly, I’m really tired of this neglect.
