If you’re not happy with the characters, feel free to check out, there’s no shame in it. I happen to love exploring the planes of reality introduced in the new cosmic lore, so I’m just fine and dandy playing in the Shadowlands regardless of characters and what they do or don’t live up to. I never really cared about Sylvanas, I just want to explore the Shadowlands and Lightlands and the Void etc.
Warcraft has never been character-driven for me, but I do understand and feel for people who were tricked into thinking it was. If just existing in the atmosphere and world doesn’t cut it for you, yeah, I think it might be bad from here on out. Everyone has to ask themselves why they’re playing in this world.

It’s literally almost a perfect reflection of what the devs are doing to Sylvanas right now.
They keep making compelling characters and stories (Zelling, Bwonsamdi, Drustvar, Stormsong; more recently Devos, Krexus, Aralon) and then literally throwing them away, underuse them, or kill them for the sake of “shock factor” in order to prop up the writer’s favorites
They’re actively taking advantage of what the playerbase likes in order for us to “hate” the characters they want us to hate.
And as per their defense of Teldrassil, where the playerbase hating the story or the characters is “good” because it’s “compelling”, it’s intentional.

Blizzard once told in interview that they really want to see the discussion on forums after that cinematic. Maybe that is actually the thing that they wanted? To see how everyone hate this? How entire WoW community reunites to hate Blizzard? A hype on a hate?
Or maybe they just took some popcorn and currently rofling on us, reading all of this? Decided to have some fun…

It wouldn’t be far fetched that the writing in the past 3+ years has been Blizzard intentionally trolling the playerbase.

Her own words tell you she’s no longer a Horde character.

It’s from her own mouth. She doesn’t care at all for the Horde, and likely never did. Loyalists are merely tools, or not even that.
That’s what you want to follow - someone who believes you are nothing.

She was fighting for the horde…she tried to reneg on the Jailer by trying to enslave Enyir.

To say everything she did was in service of the Jailer is an oversimplification and untrue.
