Is only the first radiance instant cast, the rest are casted with no cd? Even if no cd and instant cast for 10sec it’s not going to be a game breaking win button.

First cast is instant cast and heals 200% more, and Radiance won’t have a cool down for duration. Radiance is already an instant cast though if you’re running the Radiance PvP talent.

Does it make it free to cast? Otherwise it might be Power Word: OOM.

Edit: Ah. 40% less mana. Guess it depends on how strong. Been seasons where it basically tops, others where it feels like mass atonement applicator.

All on melee specs too, unless there’s some weird caster buffoonery coming. Ret keeps all of their damage from Narnia and magic bop etc, and Warrior got reworked to actually be fun(ner).
