They don’t even exist anymore. Why did this derail into a PvP conversation? 
Not even that. They’re forcing everyone but a few onto Pagle and closing the rest.
Problem is that there are no guild transfers and Pagle is already huge. So everyone’s names are taken, guild names are taken and they’d have to start from scratch with buying bank tabs and the like.
But everyone on Pagle is fine. They get to keep everything.
