I’d rather trust Blizzard with that power than random group leaders.
And I was one of the random group leaders.
As it stands, it’s “ALL GLORY TO THE GROUP LEADER”. I actually have to use that diplomatic immunity once Premade Groups becomes mandate, which is beyond Heroic Dungeons and LFR.

No there isn’t. By the time you ran all the way back the boss would have been nearly dead.
My issue with H:Stromgarde isn’t that you can’t queue, necessarily, it’s that they basically just tuned up the instance to current ilvls like they do with dungeons and called it something new.
But literally the only thing comparatively harder than it was when it was current before Heroic mode is the boss attack in the first 5 minutes, after which it’s exactly the same as normal.
If they wanted a manual-grouping only version, it should have been more involved than that, by far.
LOL, wrong. The boss has 146m health. You don’t down that in the 60 seconds it takes to run back.
I did it this rotation. It was down in less than 2 minutes. Had someone in my group left to go back to base when the gates were downed they would have been useless for the rest of the fight.

Heroic Stromgarde feels like pre-LFD Wrath all over again.
It upset you enough to make a thread such as this, when you could’ve just made your own group faster than this thread took you to type.
It’s a good system that allows players to play with who they want to play with, next you’re going to complain that the vote to kick feature is a bad mechanic too.

LFG spoiled every group related thing in WoW. Now it’s almost impossible to to certain things (mythics, hwarfronts,ect…) unless it becomes an option
You’re completely fos. I JUST finished the map. We downed the gates at 3:28PM, and the boss died at 3:37. Took 9 minutes.
Your group had terrible dps than. Not a surprise, you were in it. In the group i was in most of the dps were doing over 100k dps. I, as a tank, was pushing 300k-350k dps the whole fight. It didn’t last long.

I had all 4 stacks of 1 buff and i had the rare buff as well (not to mention my essence hits every enemy around me for 10% of my hp, and i have well over 500k hp). But you believe what you want. I wasn’t the one who got kicked, you were.
I start my own group, invite everyone with a reasonable ilvl. Group fills immediately.
There are tons of people wanting to do it but not many want to start groups for some reason.
Since I start the group I make the rules. Not one group had failed yet.
People are hungry to join groups filed with normal people , be friendly, and just do content in a non -toxic environment…

Agree with this. But it is funny when you see the 415, 420+ item level requirements in some of the heroic warfront listings lol. Understand some people just want to blaze through the warfront, and get it over as soon as possible, but those listings sure are hilarious. Did one last time it was up on horde side, and most of the people in it were not much more than 385 item level, and while taking a little longer overall it went pretty smooth for the most part. Biggest issue is that most people wont come back to the base after taking the first couple of objective points, and the enemy boss nukes the base lol.
Sorry this happened to you, OP. Your battlegroup must suck. I got into 4, finished 3 (had to drop one because I got called from work) and my warrior and my pally aren’t as geared as you.
Quick suggestion- can you do it as bdk? I always get picked as tank when I apply for heroic warfront ( obviously not on this dude) so maybe you just tank it and voila. Its not any less “fun” IMO, you actually end up frontlining a lot more as a tank.

Forcing leaders to take players will fail miserably.
LFR style heroic Stromgarde WILL result in nerf screaming because the clueless can’t faceroll it and because they unexpectedly LOST. Normal SG facerolling tactics will fail badly.
In other news you can just start your own group.
I’m guilty of this too, tbh. I just want to get it done as quickly as possible. 
And, as rude as it may be, I’m not one to go out of my way to help a random pug in WoW. If they are from my server, sure, I may, but a random I’ll for sure never see again? No thanks. Back in the day when we had actual server communities I was much more lenient in helping others, I don’t have it in me to go out of my way to help players I’ll never see again though.
