They press Disintegrate and, hmm, yeah. That is basically it …
i lowkey think that if they buff the classes you wrote there, that the top performing specs would only need small nerfs. like a 5% rip and rake nerf, and a small nerf to SP(idk what you’d nerf for SP tbh)
I 100% agree. I think feral DOES need a bleed damage nerf to actually punish it for running/being ccd. For sp, you could merf survivability to make it an actual kill target and/or overall damage.
sure but I don’t see them like actually murking people or anything, it’s just standard damage
yea the dmg feral can do while having like 10-20% uptime is actually insane lol. like that game vs ftier, pikaboo was like 15 yards away from the cleave for 90% of the game and he’s doing 50% more dmg than the cleave(400k vs 600k).
feral is interesting in that i think it relies on momentum more than other specs - if the dmg isn’t high enough, you just force the feral into bear form and bully them the whole game.
the question tho, is what should beat a feral? like a spec should have weaknesses and rn feral has none which is why its top of the food chain(and the only way to countercomp it is to play the same comp). Melee can’t realisitcally touch a good feral that cancel aura shifts thru cat/travel or cat/bear.
realistically i think feral should just be dying in stuns, but then the problem there is that for some reason, rogues and ferals have a monopoly on stuns that actually do something. I don’t think there’s a melee cleave that’s killing a feral in a 3 sec stun.
So the only counter could be rogue, but feral just outclasses rogue by doing 80% of the stuns the rogue is doing, while also having clone and 600k dps.
So maybe it is just the dmg like you said. It could also be a clone thing too. I think with boomy and rdruid, those specs are lacking in other areas because clone is so strong and if you’re juking like a mad man you just win games.
with feral, they are winning rn without even having to use this powerful ability. Maybe it needs more dmg nerfs than just the 5% i was talking about, now that I think about it.
