Right back at you bud, I was pointing out a couple of ways you can make gold early on, crazy amounts and more than just profs which are by far the best on every single server at the start of an expansion. Your post about earning more gold, later on, is just dumb, this is not Legion with mission tables and followers that give extra gold from WQ’s. Even then you could make more by trading your fellow players at the start of Legion.
If you want to earn gold without trading other players you farm old raids, a few thousand per raid. Get yourself a Demon Hunter with speed gear and you can make a ton, being later on in the expansion changes nothing there. Paragon chests while a nice little boost is a huge waste of time to go for if what you care about is gold.
At the start of BFA you could have easily make the gold for 2-3 tokens in 1-2 hours herbing. Millions if you farmed a Mythic BOE, less but still great gold for heroics.
Green BoE’s where selling for a few times what they are now. Pet’s and gear from Islands where selling for a ton of gold, now most pets are cheap, same with most gear other than a few rare items. Tons of other things to add to this list.
Mounts where 400k+ for the worst of them.
Everything on every single server was far better at the start of BFA just as it is every expansion. While not as lucrative as the larger servers the smaller servers still have a market for these items. If there was no market the server would be completely dead and merged with other small servers.
All of these ideas of yours are a waste of time even if you were the only person on your server. Gold from questing is a joke, you will earn less than 10k from lvl 110-120 and that takes like 8-10 hours, maybe a little faster depending on what you do. Gold from paragon chests is a joke and waste of time, run two old raids real quick and you make the same amount of gold with the chance of pets, transmog, and mounts.
Gold from missings are a joke in BFA, this is not WoD and Legion, Blizzard lowered the amount of gold generated in BFA.
You will never have a decent amount of gold by farming with your playstyle and are just wasting time if you want to earn gold.
There is a reason others make millions in days while your stuck doing WQ’s for 100g.
With mounts, you join a group that AOE farms the best locations, sure it’s RNG but that’s the reason you can make hundreds of thousands of gold each mount, on top of all the other drops.
People make groups to farm trash from raids before reseting to get 415+ BOE gear. One of those is still worth 100k+, 200k+ if you get a good one.
Again if you don’t want RNG you farm old raids, questing and WQ’s is a waste of time in BFA.
