I was using a 229 green until Jailer dropped this statless stick I’m now using. I’ve never seen a Cypher Weapon or that disc and I’ve done pretty much everything in ZM there is to do. It’s not nearly as simple as killing 10 enemies, even if I got it and forgot it I’ve yet to see a Cypher weapon on any of my characters.
