Yeah Thank God! Was driving me CRAZY! Also I went into EXITLAG → PC BOOST and turned on all 8 CORES active and seems to have made another increase.

Found out it wasnt the GPU Feature thing… it was actually the MAX Background FPS (30 FPS) was toggled on …. soon as i turned it off my FPS went back up into the 90s and less lag

I added about 8 gig of ram, I wanted 32 gig of ram, but it was just way too expensive with the AI sucking up all the chips.
