If Blizzard was more competent at writing then it would’ve been interesting to see what the Nightborne thought of the War of Thorns. Your cousins come and help free your city and in return you join their bully’s side as they burn down your cousins house.

Technically the bully in all of legion were the night elves vs the belfs being sympathetic.
And really none of the allied races make sense considering the tragedy. It’s why that was such a big writing blunder.
Sylvanas should have been the end boss of BFA leading into shadowlands. Nzoth should have been saved for a different xpac.

My fav part is that the endless armies of cultists and fire druids from the Firelands have been fighting on Hyjal for a decade at the base of Nordrassil. Which they still haven’t successfully burned. And yet Sylvanas can just roll in and pop off a few cannons and take down Teldrassil in 10 minutes flat.

This why we shouldn’t trust the Gnomes. Forget the Night Elves, why have we not mass genocide the Gnomes yet?
In my own case, my father’s wife (now long deceased) would sometimes call me up raging at me for some long forgotten even from decades earlier. She would do this to her biological children as well.
Fun times.
Looking at raid ranking, I’m quite sure that horde contributed in the safeguard of the tree more than the alliance.

So the city is filled with the spirits of the dead. Someone needs to deal with them, but who we gonna call?

Thank you Sylvanas for giving us a cool new city with modernized art assets. Why does everyone h8 her again? IMO we need a statue of her in Bel’ameth, and a redemption arc!

If the place wasn’t neutral how could you ensure that your Goblin fire insurance would work? Maybe as a house warming, we can really heat things up with some fun song and dance. I love that song, “Burning Down the House”.
Yeah, well, I wasn’t even in game when the tree was burned and I don’t pay attention to npc convos around me anywhere unless it’s an actual quest.
Who exactly gave the tree to the Night Elves? Like is the whole point of them growing it to replace the one Azeroth and it is “by default” owned by the Night Elves?
I’m not saying they don’t need a home. I’m just curious why the powers that be would be like “Here ya go Night Elves and eff all you horde despite everything you’ve helped us with that was timelapsed over a year or two even though you beat the content/stories in several 30 second intervals.”
