This game will be killed the same way they're killing HotS

So if she was pro fracking or something you’d be totally cool with her?

Only if she had a six-pack, wore a tank top to show it off, and laughed at all his jokes.

I can’t find this example on my launcher. Can somebody send a pic of what’s he talking about?

Is this really just another thread where somebody is trying to remove/take away from people/or not make it happen, optional customization options they dislike cause of whatever reason they have this time? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Let me get this straight:

You came to the home of the “forum shills” knowing fully well that you would get no support, and yet this is where you choose to post this? In the one place you know it’s going to get stomped on?

You should really reflect on what that says about you as a person. It seems you just don’t quite get it… at all.

What does Fracking have to do with a fictional game?

But that’s the schtick, that characters from all games come together in the eternal arena.

I think e-sports in general are on the decline though. I think back to when games like Quake 4, Halo 2, even Guild Wars, were frequently televised, and I just don’t see that level of passion in the market today. I appreciate that Blizz is a business and businesses need to make moves, but they should have stopped at Hearthstone and called it a day.

Yo bro, you came here to address the mob and got surprised when the mob behaved like a mob?

I don’t post my comments in safe spaces where I’m protected by bowling bumpers and finger snaps. I’m an American.

Pretty much everything you’ve posted thus far has nothing to do with a fictional game either, but that hasn’t slowed you down much.

Mythic+ could actually sink WoW if they don’t shore it up with actual content.

The game doesn’t need E-Sports to be successful. There’s so much content to learn in the game that the only players capable of esports tier play are ex-LoL players and Dota players anyway. They have moba experience and can take all the short cuts to the meta understanding. Everybody new to mobas because of the attraction of HotS had to take a profound amount of time to learn the game. Meanwhile we were attacked by hidden mechanics in matchmaking/rigging and freemium product manipulations to try and force us to play.

The game needed like 3 years just to get started, and they already started and canceled an esports in that amount of time. HUGE MISTAKE

That may be, but people who played those games still liked to watch e-sports, and it brought more players to those games.

Nobody tell him that Sgt. Hammer, who has the same body type as Mei, has been in the game since launch.

True. I was one of those. It was a training lesson if anything, but that’s where problems emerged. People would learn the game at the esports level and then try to apply it to their pleb tier bracket and boom the silence system emerges.

@Grymauch 100% not a liberal agenda themed hero. Believable that an average chunky gal would have a tank and only be interested in kicking asswordnotallowed. Represents a non-existent tomboy in sci-fi future age, fits with Raynor’s western vibe. Fits the StarCraft Universe.

Last I checked, Overwatch takes place on Earth in the 2070’s. So I don’t think this is some world with dragons and monsters.

wait, how is adding Mei into HotS killing the game?

HotS is a game where all Blizzard characters from their various games come together to fight it out. Mei is a character from one of Blizzard’s games, Overwatch, just like Tracer/Genji/D.Va/Lucio. so it’s expected that Mei is a candidate for HotS, just like every other character in WC/Diablo/SC/OW

OP doesn’t like people who don’t fit their… uhh… “fantasy?”

OW was introduced after HotS, so your argument is invalid.

@Kalzhun, OW is a demographic magnet. It pulls every demographic it possibly can into one game. It’s a Wal-Mart brand tier game. It’s a ripoff of previous arena games, something Blizzard typically specializes in (refining), but instead of populating it with a story, they opted for marketing and legendary status prior to there even becoming a fanbase.

For someone that talked about not needed a safe space for your opinions, you seem really fragile when it comes to characters that challenge your preconceived notions of how they should be.

That invalidates nothing they said.

HotS is for classic characters from Blizz universe, yet OW was released after HotS was, so how could OW be considered a Classic Blizz Universe tier game?
