This game will be killed the same way they're killing HotS

Blizzard showed up to the arena game late too. This is a terrible argument to lean on. Blizzard wholly mismanaged their game and brought OW into it instead of building their roster of 200+ heroes they had in mind.

Remember when they added Ophea? That was a Nuke on a firebombed Japanese city.

First of all, is anyone even playing hots anymore? I had no idea what the hell you were talking about until I checked.

Second, the game has characters like Whitemane

So I think there is room for one big girl. I think you are making a bunch of nothing out of nothing.

Personally I think the death of HotS was that HotS 2.0 revamp they did. They completely changed the menu interface, and reward structure, threw in loot boxes, alternate currency and obfuscated the purchase price of skins and heroes behind an in-game currency other than gold earned from matches.

Rebranded it as this big release, and… had no major game-play changes, no rework to matchmaking (which was always a huge complaint), and destroyed what I feel most people liked about HotS:

Which was that it didn’t have all the free to play garbage that other MOBA’s had, it had no loot boxes, the prices were listed in plain real world currency, and anything you wanted could also be gotten with gold that was easily seen and earned from playing.

Hmm, character assassination much?

Loot boxes and freemium garbage will kill a game faster than any character, just ask EA lol.

This. Your welcome.

You’re describing the facelift on a dying old aged hag of 35 years of age.

They game was great until Li-Ming was scary OP from a busted talent which was fixed. Then Tracer came out which completely broke the game and sent tons of players packing. Anybody that gave it a chance came back to encounter Genji or Hanzo which were equally broken in their own way with the mobility advantage.

They’d been removing lvl 20 teleport talents from people to negate mobility, then they added extremely mobile heroes.

Didn’t they maintenance-mode HoTS years ago? I forgot it still existed tbh.

Don’t know why you’re posting in this forum, though. You’ve yet to make any point how this is relevant to WoW and just spewed a bunch of stuff about hating slightly overweight people.

My welcome…

@Briselody because I’m banned for 1000 years from HoTs, and I see it as a growing issue at Blizzard at large in all games.

That explains a lot.

Oh does it?
4699 posts, forum mains are always right aren’t they

I’m beginning to understand why lol. There are plenty of things wrong with HotS that are legitimate problems and you seem to be fixated on characters.

lol

Because that’s what originally brought me to HotS as well as many others. It was a way to play classic characters with established lores and histories.
It’s how the game carved out its niche. They then started adding generic heroes from OW to carve off some players from that game which is a demographic magnet. That means quantity over quality. That means extremely toxic people. HotS was praised for being less toxic than other mobas, and then they added a silence system which inadvertently gave control to the mob which is a disgusting sight as you can see in riots across the country and world over one incident.

I think it’s called suicide when they self assassinate.

I’m fighting you on your level.
“I can see why” is about as snarky as snark gets and has nothing to do with my OP which you failed to understand and therefore act condescending rather than engage with the topic.

Oof, the irony.

You have no topic. That’s kind of the point.

You’re just here to rage about the liberal agenda.
