Probably a result of a lack of education on the topic, as can be seen with the inaccuracies of previous features.
This event is nothing special, but the expansion itself is featuring some real crazy stuff.
Honestly, its probably the most adventurous launch they have ever had, given they are trying to provide us with all the power systems at launch instead of over all the patches.
Its objectively more work than previous expansions.
Certainly at least twice as much as BFA.
If you are aware of that, and not excited, take that to indicate where you are at with the game, but I for one am very excited for Shadowlands, even after thousands of hours played on the beta.
