Character is not in the correct phase.
I cannot access the destroyed Undercity phase nor see a bronze dragon flight member to switch phases. Additionally I do not see the forsaken refugees on top of the front gate ramparts. It’s as if the battle for Undercity never happened on this level 50 character.
I’ve tried talking to Chrome and she has no help.
