This character is locked out due to a billing issue. My other mage is. I can play the other characters fine.

Open a ticket for purchase failure and wait for them to respond to that ticket.

Thanks, a gm just logged into my account and refunded a race change. Now I can’t use my character. I have a new ticket open.
