A dps player will still be sitting waiting on the queue to pop for at least an hour though.
We really need RDF, impossible to find groups for levelling dungeons 1-60 unless you’re on a fresh realm nowadays

If your server is that bone dry RDF isn’t going to help.

I couldn’t care less about RDF. Wrath is great with or without it.

So you believe xrealm RDF would not help the smallers servers?
I’ve been in Kara groups in pre-patch that had gear checks at A’dal. I’ve popped into streams where they were running Kara and Gruul and were doing gear checks and checking Logs. Now add achievements and Gearscore into the mix. Gatekeeping will be rampant.

Why is there so much animosity towards RDF?
It does prevent the constant spamming of LFG chat. And instead of constantly glancing at the chat log, seeing something, stopping what you are doing, and typing a request to join, you are in a queue that informs you when there is an opening.
What is so terrible about that? Does it have something to do with being grouped with random people? Can’t verify if the tank, healer, or DPS is knowledgeable of the dungeon before you enter?

RDF laid the foundation for retail to become what it is today.
There would never have been LFR without RDF coming first.
I guess I am missing something or seeing it from a different perspective.

A shell of it’s former self where people just get handed free epics from LFR and the open world is dead
