Nope.
5/5 HWL with weapon(s) will require about 66,500 honor and about 150 various marks.
FULL PvP gear (nearly every slot anyway) is 115,200 honor and 300 various marks.
With a 50% win rate it will take about 40 hours to fully gear a boosted character or alt through PvP. That’s reasonable in 2 weeks imo.
The real struggle would be regrinding it all to cap for the level 70 stuff. Better buy some Redbull.
