I made Spaghetti! Come get you a plate!
Ingredients:
2 bags of Rigatoni
1lb ground meat
2 cans of tomato sauce (1 garlic and herbs, 1 traditional)
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp slap yo mama
1/2 tsp creole
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 seasoning salt
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, add oil to the pan and brown your meat. Once the meat is done, remove from heat and drain the fat from the pan. Put the pan back on the heat and add the seasonings, tomato sauces, and chicken broth into the pan, put a lid on and simmer for 30 mins.
While the sauce is simmering, get a pot and fill up to the handles of the pot with hot water. Bring water to boil, add in rigatoni for 9 minutes string occasionally. Drain the water after 9 mins.
I normally don’t mix them as the noodles tend to absorb the sauce, but you do you!
Edit: I totally forgot you can also use this same recipe to make baked spaghetti! All you need to do is:
Heat your oven to 350F, grab a 9x9 casserole dish and either lightly oil the pan, (or you can use butter) place your spaghetti into the dish and top it with your fav cheese, I normally use mozzarella, because I’m basic. Put it into your oven for 30 mins on the top wrack and then let cool 5. add more cheese if you’d like or be a complete monster and eat it out to the pan. I won’t judge. <3
