Phase 3 was / is a dumptser fire, i think most will agree. I believe the things listed here are self explanatory, but can be expanded upon if needed. With that being said…
- Don’t remove the leveling journey / experience
- Don’t blow up the economy
3)Don’t make questing and dungeon running irrelevant
- Don’t make crafting worthless
- Stop forcing pvp on pve’rs
6)Don’t give in to the whiney minority ( literaly everything you tried to fix or balance, you made worse).

The only thing I hope they learn is some humility. They clearly aren’t the same quality as the original devs and should probably think twice before proudly inventing and showcasing a square wheel.

when people pretend running SM over and over is better than incursions. Newsflash, it isn’t.
Phase 3 suffered because we jumped from 10 to 20, from 3 day to 7 day, and from great loot to mediocre-at-best raid loot. That’s it.

Seems fine, having zero issues affording things on Wild Growth.
Do… do you play SoD? Have you seen the overhaul to previously garbage crafted items and the new patterns they added? are you kidding with this one?
Everything PVPers had for these brackets is still there with new shiny things added in and new options for PVP interactions. Everyone had to do dungeons/pve content at these brackets to get gear before cap. Non-issue.
Which includes you as of this post.

I’d saying moving to a 1 week lockout was the biggest thing and maybe going to 20 man. The journey/leveling experience hasn’t been removed… You can turn off the XP buff and go spam dungeons or run quests. What you’re saying is you want everyone else to play this way. Who’s being forced to pvp? You just want gear that comes from PVP content and there’s always been gear locked behind pvp content
I hope they learned that having certain classes being Race/Empire specific is a recipe for failure in a PVP/PVE MMO.
You voluntarily are giving people crutches to use in the future. Just make all races/empires/etc have access to all Classes in the game. That way if something is OP at the time, people really can’t complain as much because both sides have it
I hope the learned that they should also remove or replace special race abilities. With cosmetic abilities or something of that nature. Again why hand people a crutch to cry on.
Homogenized racials and classes are available in retail. Classic is all about unbalance.

Item 4 on your list is my biggest problem with this game. Any content that you must do, when you don’t want to do it, is problematic. Challenges are one thing. Forcing certain playstyles into other playstyles, by rendering you irrelevant if you don’t comply, is horrible game design; and has been a theme far too long.
In it’s current iteration, of groups getting faster queues into BGs, is my latest frustration. Also making raids too difficult, where the casual is expected to compromise their playstyle, or be forced to raid at all, in order to be effective. It’s not neat.
Also, incursions was a giant fail with the necessitation of an addon just to manage it. Hopefully that gets addressed; don’t count on it though.

My gripe as a rogue is mostly about gear and where it comes from…
Rank 7 PVP gear, aside from set bonuses, gave some sta and like 2ap each over emerald set… Felt like I wasted my time to hit 7 at phase. Very underwhelming.
Also, assuming a rogue has done their other stuff, raid literally has MH weapon slight upgrade, 1% spell hit and some sta on ring (already spell hit capped), 1 agi on a cloak.
Meanwhile BiS OH is a BoE, BiS ranged is a BoE, and BiS trinkets are both BoE decks.
In phase 2, MH and OH BiS were also both BoE.
In P1, OH BoE was on par with raid BiS OH.
The best route to DPS upgrades for a rogue is in fact to skip raid (not even raid log) to save money on consumes that can be applied to buying something on the AH. The game has basically incentivized my not even raid logging at this point as the only upgrades aside from 1 agi on cloak are about 7000g of BoEs (2 decks and OH).
I wish there was gear in the raid actually worth continuing to raid for, or that at least a couple pieces of the rank 7 gear actually mattered (does for some classes, but not rogue).
