Remember when you could pop in, do a couple dungeons to stay relevant, and then call it a day? That’s what, 1 maybe 2 hours tops? Now you gotta do world quest chores, daily dungeon, daily herioc, weekly mythics, weekly raids, and so forth just to keep up.

I don’t even have the time to play casually because of that mess. Maybe getting to play one or two days a week.

dungeon? oh those things that are now what casuals do. nope i dont have time for that i have to many characters to level gear get anima for do dailys achievments the list goes on and on, i dont have time for alot of it.

Spirit (never thought I’d miss that one)
Glyphs that did something for your character

Spirit meant mana and mana management meant something.

Now it’s rare I need to use a mana pot in raids. Maybe if I’m going nuts on Sun King.

Gonna be honest, I hate how they dumbed down our stats. Unpopular opinion, I liked MP5 and Spirit and Defense and all that jazz.

Probably “Have Group; Will Travel.” That was a fun guild perk but I totally get why they removed it.

Dude, on my Alliance paladin, I saved so many lowbie hordies back in the day by tossing judgement of light on an enemy that was going to overwhelm them. Yes, that means Alliance (then Horde in TBC) could heal the opposite faction. Yeah, I was that guy that didn’t care about faction nonsense. Still don’t.

But I loved tossing Might/Wisdom on rando’s too. Class Identity.

As an aside, I would love if they took holy power away and put Paladins back on just mana. I hate that combo point nonsense.

I really miss my searing totem. I miss lots of totems but I really liked searing totem cause it was just one I could have up and it would always be doing something. I realize many people disliked it cause it was just another button to press and didn’t really interact with the rest of the shaman kit, but ever since got rid of it playing shaman just hasn’t felt the same.

on a broader note i just miss having lots of different totems. It’s one of the things I enjoy most on the occasions I play classic

The Day/Night Cycle on OCE servers. It would be nice if we could experience the game within our own time/skybox like we did before CRZ and the WoD era.

Eh, they were neat, but the spirit of them is basically still around, just with more flexibility, because of the way similar spells reduce the CD of what used to be the primary chakra spells.

(Just speaking mechanically here, I know you mentioned visuals too)

Oh man… Totems. I loved totems. Even though I never seriously played as a Shaman. Just seeing them was cool.

reforging for sure, both the new professions JC and scribe, i know they havnt removed them but they removed all the functionality that made them great.
