not killed. its still middle of the pack, but not great.
Arms would feel a lot better if WW’s rets Hunters Enh’s and Sub burst was toned down, and increase their sustain like they’ve done to arms.
and boomkin ele destro sp dmg needs nerfed or at least nerf precog.
Its just outclassed by burstier melee and gets destroyed by double caster.
There are several specs worse than arms, but Arms burst is pretty unreliable.
