There was an issue where his abilities were not scaling equally to all classes. So for some classes it was scaling fine, some classes (Iām pretty sure Mages were one), it would barely heal at all. Think they changed it recently? You can see it mentioned in some of the recent patch notes.
As fury, He was thowing them out quite often. Certainly helped a bit. Plus that healing construct, thing.
Just did a Bountiful Tier 3 as my S.Priest.
He doesnāt spam the potions (dunno why he was eariler), but I was able to do the entire delve without casting a single Flash Heal, though the final boss got a bit hairy.
Thatās when he started throwing potions, just when I needed them the most.
Other than one or two scary parts, didnāt break a sweat.
Oh, and that titan orb is hardly useless. It heals almost 60k a tick and goes for like 10 seconds, lol. Thatās 600k health.
I imagine a mage might have fared better because of the shields that they have (my shield as SPriest is way smaller) and if they really had to, they could iceblock heal.
Now obviously, the not casting Flash Heal was a limitation I put on myself, since Mages donāt have a heal. I donāt have one on 80 yet, so thatās why I used my priest. If I were to use Flash Heal, well. That would have been far more comfortable.
Well, better they nerf it now than when we got used to running tier 8+
Ah, that makes sense then, Iāve only done a single Delve after the hotfix and I did it with him on DPS, so I wasnāt aware.
Howās his dps?

Kinda meh I wanna say, but itās hard to tell, generally speaking I feel like I am doing 95% of the damage, if I just leave him attacking he just slowly chips away at the enemiesā health.

He does a bit more damage if you set him as DPS.
But to me, the healing is far more beneficial as he does more than just healing, heāll also provide shields and other buffs.
Also, having him throw my characters minerals and herbs, even when they donāt have mining and herbalism is cool too.
