Hearthstone Event re: Stolen Hearthstone Card

So what appears to be happening is this. You loot a Stolen Hearthstone Card, it triggers the tracking quest for the card contained within for your account, and if you open it right then its all good. But if you trade it to someone you are then locked out of ever receiving that card again because your account is flagged for that tracking quest, even if you trade the card back, you still cant loot it, its just an empty container. I’ve locked myself out of two cards this way making it impossible…
