Just so everybody knows … you do not need this quest to finish the zone or all of it’s chapters. I know that is little help but I just did the entire zone without doing this quest. Hope that might help a few of you out.

its an alliance only issue i think.
it is not. Horde also get a quest for 6 Alpacas. Also, not able to complete it as it is still in my quest log.

No alpacas here. I’ve been coming back to this spot, hopping on alts a few times, back and forth, for the last 8 hours. No alpacas. Alliance Quest. “They have alpacas here.”
Same here, on and off for 5 hours.

I’m having the same issue, no Alpacas to be found. I’ve tried abandoning and relogging and even did all the other quests in the area.
Been trying to complete this quest all morning :C No Alpaca’s here. Glad to see I’m not the only one. Been driving myself crazy looking for them
Just putting in that I’m having the same issue, horde side questing at the moment.

Oh good. Seems like I’m not crazy, thankfully the World quest only has an hour left so everyone will be able to progress here shortly…“Hopefully”
I have the same sadly. I have tried dropping the quest and relogging, no alpacas will spawn so I can not advance the questline.
Same on Turalyon on my priest
Maybe on reset…Can we get a CM/Dev comment?

It’s broken again! lol Trying to do it on my alt and there are no alpacas in sight!
The world quest is up again, which seems excessive since it was up less than 24 hours prior… Wowhead says that it will still be up for 15.5 more hours at this point.
