They Give What Was Asked For...But People are Mad

Um, I musta been REAL drunk the night I asked them to skin a muppet and throw it on me… like Vindicator 3 Rick levels of drunk…

The worst part is the way this hood is configured makes it look like the muppet masochistically enjoyed the skinning too…

Removing any content is never a good idea imho. Folks got pretty upset also over the cata revamp changing, or flat out removing a lot of iconic quests. Forums were on fire when they removed the battle for undercity quest in wolk also.

Thats part of what makes this forum entertaining lol.

This 100% lol

If other people were able to do it with the class and spec you are complaining about, then you have to accept the challenge and up your game. This is not a required content, it is supposed to be a challenge. Don’t say it’s “impossible” or “near impossible” if other people were able to do it.

I didnt do it on this character  Not sure why it doesnt show, maybe I’d have to log in to this character for it to show? Are you thinking Im lying that I completed it? lol

People are upset because it seems you literally have to play perfect to beat the challenges. A SINGLE mistake or unlucky overlap and you instantly lose

Even watching Nerftank and a few other top 1%ers that beat their challenges, they “barely” made it in their kill attempts. In the case of Nerftank, he literally died somewhere around 2-3% and the NPCs finished off Kruul for him.

Its the worst of both worlds. Harder then legion, no legion rewards. With its current rewards it should have been a nostalgia thing, like ptr tuning was mostly on point and they buffed everything to first mage tower release or harder in particular with health scaling. Proper implementation is important. The thing I personally am angry about since I tested a fair bit on the ptr and the tuning then was better then current tuning, they shadowbuffed health pools and damage when they really shouldn’t have. It also doesn’t help that we don’t get borrowed power for this one but old mage tower we did, like sure theres the aspect of “but then you can go X covenant and cheese the challenge”, but that had legion equivalents too many of the fights were 100% harder without certain legiondaries. More importantly it feels really bad to play classes bare bones when 40-60% of our power comes from borrowed power synergies.

Incidentally I tested at least 9 class challenges on the ptr and the only one that I said might need a buff was the twins, and even then I said it was fine. Most of them I reported for being fine or even being overtuned on the ptr, the biggest cases of bad tuning were Xylem which on the ptr was overtuned before being buffed, and Feltotem which was bugged and was in a testing state of 45 ilvl instead of 50 ilvl.

Already a couple of videos on the webz showing people cheesing mt(exploits I’m guessing). Just search. Blizz will probably look into that before they even consider nerfs to mt.

People were asking to have the Mage Tower stealth buffed greatly on implementation from what was on the PTR? Link to your source or you’re just making crap up to please your masters.

It’s almost as if the forums have players with many different expectations, opinions, and wants and desires, and when one group of people are satisfied another group won’t be. MMOs have to cast a wide net to get as many people playing as possible, so there’s always going to be someone complaining.

From what I see, even most streamers were “surprised” by this last-minute stealth nerf to the Mage Tower from what it was on PTR. People are not happy, was watching Jak’s stream last night and he was visibly frustrated.

I think the only people who are satisfied with the current implementation are forum elitists who aren’t actually doing it. The Blizz propaganda machine seems to be in full force, but as always, has no effect on anyone’s opinion, and definitely not on that tidal wave of players who came back for this and have now unsubbed because of the deception.

It’s mostly top 1%ers with full sockets and people that just so happened to have TW sets/Legion gear that seem to be doing fine. Everyone else is having a rough time with their standard Shadowlands gear.

Blizzard is holding company for the Corrupt a Wish foundation. They couldn’t just bring it back and allow legionaries because some of them are N/A because classes changed and whatnot, so what do they do? Oh, just cancel all BP and then watch classes that are incomplete ad-lib cards for every expansions new system struggle bus it for 24 hours now.

This isn’t even a 1%er kinda thing, this is 1% of CE raiders and Galdiators and rank 1 m+ players. This is 1% of the 1% who are getting theirs, admins ffs go watch the videos. Crazy RNG or last minute glitches in all of them.

Bruh. If 100k hours of playtime let’s 30 people have the cheese, that cheese is too hard. It’s not rocket science.

why does that matter? I need an achievement to like something being hard?

That pretty much sums it up when it was first released back in Legion, which seems people who are complaining have the memory of tomato.

If you think a lot of people are complaining now, you should have seen it when it was first released.

If it’s content you have no expectation of doing, and the reason you want it to be “hard” is because “screw all y’all”, then your opinion is invalid.

In Legion there were last minute unannounced changes to the version on the PTR on implementation? I don’t remember that, nor do I remember the mage tower at the time being used as a come on to get people to buy subs because of lack of content.

what makes you think this?

besides wanting to be petty?

you really like to take things out of context dont you.
