I could do that, but it’d take effort.
You confused me for a second there, Zandrae. I just blinked at the name and character for a good ten seconds before I realized what was going on. xD.
RP happened. And someone who has priest and monk knowledge, who was transmitting it to someone else via mind magic , also transmitted it to Zan on accident.
… it was all a meme so my other character would wake up and go, “Woah, I know kung fu.”
Now I have priest Zan and Monk Zan. I also made a pallyZan on another account because sometimes Zan likes to interact with other characters on Zan’s main account. Namely the guy who runs the shop Zan manages, who is also on Zan’s account. >.>
Hey, whatever works works. I can’t judge for class-switching or multi-classing. One of my Paladin’s on my old account went from Paladin -> Holy Priest -> Shadow Priest -> Fury Warrior, so. God she was a mess. xD.
Oh, I also had a monk that was some wierd cross between a monk and a priest. Fist-fighting with LIGHT.
Pallydrae uses the light to heal and make hard-light fists and punch people with the light while wearing plate.
Priestdrae uses the light to heal and make hard light fists to punch people with the light… in a pretty dress.
Monkdrae uses the light to heal and make hard light fists and punch people with the light… and sometimes just charges his fists and punches people with light charged fists while wearing leather.
The difference is mostly the clothes.
I think his class officially is “cleric.”
I wish any class could mog any outfit over any armor. That’d be awesome.
There is really no reason for that not to be a thing. It’s a thing in other MMOs.
Right? But blizzard is… blizzard. They’re so stubborn about everything.
mwee mwee mwee class fantasy weh weh you think you want it but you don’t honk honk
I’m filing this one under “the PvPers would complain”
At the very least let us transmog certain headpieces regardless of armor type, like goggles, crowns, simple looking cloth hoods, hats, etc.
Or holiday pieces outside of holidays. That’s the dumbest rule ever.
Holiday transmogs 24/7 would solve so many of my mog issues.
That is “blizzard hates fun.”
I have like 3 or 4 pieces of headgear I can make that aren’t even transmoggable. I’m sure people’d really like the fancy red, yellow, and blue jeweler monocles even more if they could mog them.
you mean like the cosmetic armor type that they introduced and then never used
Yeah.
I can make these but I CBFed to equip one because I’ll forget I have it on when I go to play, and they’re expensive. If I could transmog them, I’d make and learn them for myself and start bothering to list them on the AH again.
I would love for more transmog achievements and awards ;v Could implement something like collect XX amount of w/e gear to unlock wearing gear type not typical for your class. At least that way it’d keep the cry babies from losing their minds at people having fun and lookin beautiful.
Remember that time Topsail made that immortal thread in 2018?
The first thing I thought when I saw them was “did they design these forums with a human being in mind???”
Blizzard can’t be blamed for a lot of the bad ideas this time.
They could be blame for choosing this software and for implementing it without going, “Gee, we need an ignore option.”
Truth is, I hate the new but not so new trends in web design with the “Hero Images” and the infinitely scrolling everything because catering to tablet/phone users. I hate the low contrast grey on light grey everything, the serif fonts the fact that so many things have these massive buttons and massive white spaces.
Real talk here, the devil on my shoulder has me tempted to get on twitter, tweet Mr. Douchewood, and ask him if the lack of ignore was an off-season April fools joke. But I won’t. flicks the devil off is shoulder
