Your IO is 350 and you play a second tier class. If you want to grow your IO this late into the tier you are going to have to do it incrementally.
Well, you can make the group and decline everyone else? I’m sure once you’re on that side you’ll have zero problems rejecting everyone not up to your standards.

Can tell you’ve never actually run your own keys. But that’s to be expected by somebody who plays a meta class. It always funny to me that players with no experience doing something offer an opinion on how other people should play the game.
Go list a a key between 11-13 and tell me how many capable players you’re able to find for your group in a reasonable time frame. I listed my 13 yesterday. It took me over 90 minutes to get one tank to apply. I got a handful of dps apps very slowly, but most of them never timed a 13 key or higher or even 12’s.
Running your own key only works when people need gear from the content. The only keys that get a lot of group action are 14 and 15’s for your vault reward. Outside of that the key landscape between 11-13 is dead. It will take your hours to fill your group with quality players.
Running your own keys was much more reasonble in BFA because players could still get upgrades from 10-13 content. In shadowlands they just turned to pvp instead.
Anyways if you don’t believe me. Go list your own 12 or 13 key as a non tank class and tell me how long it takes you to get rolling on running your own key.
