There's Nothing for Casuals To Do :(

Hate to break it to you, but it sounds more like they just don’t WANT to play this game anymore. Cause there’s a mountain of content you can do as a casual, be it alt leveling, transmog collection, Mount hunting, pet battling, or achievement chasing.

Pretty sure they just aren’t interested in playing anymore. Which is fine.

And you couldn’t get it without raiding. And it had an item level cap at that.

Oh yea… mog collecting… That’s another thing on the list to do. I never got into pet battles, but I kind of want to.

Realistically, the only times I’ve gotten tired of playing the game (which happens) is because I was just burnt out of playing not because I had nothing left to do, or because I wanted to move into more of a non casual/raiding tier and being someone who still plays casual but only wants to do “non casual” gameplay. Then you can run out of options pretty fast.

Dude. Just because you can do it doesn’t mean anyone can. That’s not how life works. I know it would be swell if we all could excel at anything if we worked really hard, but that just isn’t true.

Still was in the game.

So what? Because things besides raid items can warforge, suddenly it’s a problem?

Warforging never went past 10 item levels.

Dead zone of an expansion is the best time to try it out, it carried me through the year of Hellfire Citadel, probably gonna do the same once I get AOTC with Nyalotha.

First of all no I don’t think you so be able to get above heroic raid ilvl by doing world quests.
An open world progress able set of loot? Sure but Cap it at or below normal.

^^ This. All of this.

Actually in Mists it maxed at 6 item levels.

Well that’s your opinion, and your welcome to it.

10 item levels isn’t a small jump

Which was effectively what ten item levels was now, Semantics.

Titanforging can go to 35 item levels.

We’re not talking about titan forging, we’re talking about warforging.

There has never been anything wrong with WFing until Titanforging happened. Then suddenly Warforging was lumped into “bad” suddenly along with Titan forging.

I still don’t personally think there was an issue with Titan forging.

I never liked Warforging either because it’s still more RNG trash.

This is very true. There isn’t any game play I consider to be hard for myself just because I’m a casual player. People do the “higher end” end game content because they put in the time and effort. If you don’t want to do that, that’s cool. I don’t either, but it’s not been made “too hard” for casual players.

Well, that’s your opinion and your welcome to it.

Wow was a whole can easily be distilled down to RNG trash since vanilla. RNG has always played a massive role in WoW’s history, I don’t know why people act like RNG is somehow a new thing that’s ruined the game.

Some forms of RNG might be less pleasant than others, but it’s all bloody RNG.

Except where people had to roll benthic to hope for the right piece with a warforge of a socket. That was pretty :poop:y

Yes and I’m glad that Blizzard has finally seen the light and agree’s.

Disingenuous argument, sorry. RNG for a item drop isn’t on par with RNG on top of RNG on top of RNG.

So obviously because it’s not working 100% perfectly, we just kill the entire system.

it’s not disingenuous at all. RNG is RNG. Period.

Just because you selectively tolerate some forms of RNG and get overly angry at other forms of RNG doesn’t make it less RNG.
